This 75 minute power yoga flow will build heat and burn away excess tension with energetic sequences designed to build strength and challenge the body. Your breath will be your key in this class with the addition of some interval style flows to maximize the burn. All set to fun music in a warm room and ends with a much deserved savasana & cool lavender towel. Modifications provided.
